Hi, I just posted another update to fix an error loop occurring when the standings leaderboard was set to “Player class” by default (iRacing plugin).
Thanks to Davo @tgunator ( https://www.twitch.tv/tgunator ), for reporting and running some tests to diagnose the issue.
Hi, a new update is ready, focused on iRacing pit commands, stints info and Hybrid gauges
Input display plugin:
- Added the option to map a "Discard current clutch bite point" button.
Sounds:
- Fixed the dash tactile button click sound looping during long presses.
iRacing:
- Added current and previous stints info to the “Sector and lap times” overlay/page:
- Duration
- Average lap time (in and out lap filtered out)
- Nb of recorded lap times (in and out lap filtered out)
- Added last lap values markers to the hybrid gauges.
- The "Time in pit" readout now shows the time spent in the pitbox (instead pit lane).
- Remapped the pit commands of the 480 dash and universal iRacing dash to new pit commands actions.
- AutoHotkey is no longer required to use these dashboards pit commands.
- Fixed the refuel button not working on the last version.
iRacing plugin new properties:
- iRacing_Player_LastPitStopDuration (time in the pit box)
- iRacing_CurrentSession_IsLimitedSessionLaps
- iRacing_CurrentSession_IsLimitedTime
- iRacing_CurrentSession_ResultsNumLeadChanges
- iRacing_CurrentSession_ResultsNumCautionFlags
- iRacing_CurrentSession_ResultsNumCautionLaps
- iRacing_CurrentSession_SessionTrackRubberState
- Hybrid_SoC
- Hybrid_Deploy
- Hybrid_LastLap_SoC (value at the end of the last lap)
- Hybrid_LastLap_Deploy (value at the end of the last lap)
- Stint_Current_TimedLaps (in and out lap filtered out)
- Stint_Current_LapTimeAverage (in and out lap filtered out)
- Stint_Current_Duration (from pit box exit to pit box entry)
- Stint_Previous_XX_Duration (x10)
- Stint_Previous_XX_TimedLaps (x10)
- Stint_Previous_XX_LapTimeAverage (x10)
New iRacing "Pit" actions:
Added SimHub actions for the in game pit commands.
These replace the AutoHotkey scripts previously included, are more robust and easier to use.
The iRacing window no longer has to be in focus to receive the commands.
Spamming the buttons won't mess up the commands anymore.

Hi,
This new update focuses on iRacing classes and adds a per class leaderboard plus a few extra goodies and various fixes.
More details in the version history.
Edit : Make sure to update SimHub to 7.4.8.
Enjoy
@romainrob Hey Rob, I just installed this new update and this is what I get when starting SimHub:
@romainrob Hey Rob, I just installed this new update and this is what I get when starting SimHub:
UPDATE: Seems I had to upgrade SimHub from 7.4.7 to 7.4.8. It's working now. Cheers!
Exact same issue.
Exact same fix worked for me...
I should add that my SimHub had not prompted me that there was a new version yet so I was unaware of the new until Viperxbr posted.
Thx Viperxbr and Romainrob.
Hi,
This error is normal.
I forgot to mention it requires 7.4.8
It was released a couple of days ago and it seems the update notification has not been pushed yet.
Hello
I must be compketed stupid but I can't install any of the overlays into simhub.
I use iracing, I want to have the universal dash for iracing, I have installed the zipfile into the simhub folder, I can see the RSC - folders into the C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\DashTemplates folder but when i am in simhub and i want to create a new overlay I cannot choose from them.
So what did I miss ?
Thanks for the help
@jch
Hi,
I'm not sure. They should be listed in your Dash Studio / Overlay screen
A couple of things to check:
1. Make sure SimHub is up to date 7.4.8 : https://www.simhubdash.com/download-2/
2. Do the RCS C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\DashTemplates\Folders actually contain the .json files?
If not try reinstalling running RSC - setup. exe again.
If this doesn't help, let me know and zip and share this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\Logs
Hello, got the problem identified (but not solved) towards the end of the install routine it crashes because it can't find _addons/fontreg/fontreg.exe (there is a _ before addons in the path name)
I cannot ignore the problem so the installer crashes and does not finish its work.
I've looked in the folders and for sure there is no _addons....folder
I've tried on another computer and it works so it's really a problem with my gaming computer, the firewall is off, the antivirus is off......
Is there a way to "manually" install the files (drag/drop from another computer) or do I also need some registry tweaks and so on ?
Thanks for the help
@jch Hi,
The _Addons folder comes with SimHub C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\_Addons
This sounds like SimHub isn't installed to the default C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\
You need to run the uninstaller and run RSC_Setup. exe again to manually point the install path to your SimHub install folder (The previously used path as priority.).
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\uninsXXX.exe (the one with the Silver SimHub icon)
I just updated the installer to actively look for SimHub installation path and set it as default path to prevent this issue.
Can you download the new version if you want (you'd still need to uninstall first to change the path):
https://www.dropbox.com/s/gn7c4ynidkux74i/RSC_Setup.zip?dl=1
Let me know how it goes.
HA !!!!
Got it running now, my simhub cannot be installed on C: because it's a SSD with low space and windows is hogging everything, so it's in D:/jeux:.....whatever.
So now that it runs I'm down to the normal simhub issues such as how to run a dashboard as an overlay (iracing on VR) and so on, I'll try to figure it out myself and report the situation.
Thanks a lot romain.
Hi Romain, congratulations on these developments. I've been with you since the first ones and I'm more and more satisfied with your work.
Can I get two iRacingPack Dash to work at the same time? I want to keep the traditional on the main page of my little screen on the steering wheel and also add another panel to a higher monitor with the information from the third page.
When I select Dash and ask to display on both, he gets the same command. So if I click on the page button, it switches the page on both screens.
How can I get the Dash on two different screens and with different commands too?
Thanks!
Alexandre
Hi Alexandre. Thanks for the kind words 🙂
You can't control 2 dash independently.
You'd need to duplicate the dash and edit the copy so it doesn't change page anymore.
From memory the 3rd page is the relative leaderboard.
I included dedicated dashboards and overlays for the leaderboards so you could also use this on your extra monitor instead.
Hello Romain,
I want to use the universal dash for iracing as an overlay because i play in VR without an external screen.
I go to simhub, convert your dashboard into an overlay, i get the message saying it is too big and i am not able to spilt it because i cannot understand the way simhub works.
I have already modified an overlay to do what i want but it's the same problem I cannot change the main size and make it smaller.
What should i try ?
Thanks a lot
