I have made a RS6 Dash, but the speedo isn't matching up. Can anyone help please? Thanks!! And ofcourse enjoy the dashboard itself

Is this a Dash Studio project or a real-life dashboard? If it is not matching up, are we talking the maximum range from 0 to top or maximum speed displayed by the speedometer, or is the top speed of the gauge OK but the needle not moving correctly?
Check if the speedometer isn't accidentally picking up mph while you need kph or the other way around.
That, along with rotational range for the value being picked up from a game would be the first things I would look at.
