Is there a way to use a zero delay usb board to add rumble to pedals?

I have two USB zero delay boards and was wondering if I could add rumble to my pedals. I have two xbox motors and I tried plugging them in and it was not recognized. The motors worked fine physically so I am not sure if I need a driver or something. Thanks in advance.
