Hello All,
I am new at DIY, and i am trying to build my own LED!
i saw in youtube how to build one and it didnt works!
when i am trying to run LED test, my LEDS dont blinking!
i checked all the soldering wires and everything is as shown in the youtube's guide
i dont know how to upload pics to show all the process
