ACC and Buttkicker Gamer 2

Hello, does anyone know how to port forward ACC to get Buttkicker to work thru Simhub?   When in the game, I can go to audio and select my normal soundcard and hear the game sounds.  If I choose a usb sound adapter that I use for telemetry thru Simhub, I get vibration from the buttkicker but no sound.  How do I get both to work?  Hoping there is a port forwarding trick...
