arduino script problem simhub software

hello I am coming to you because I have a small problem I have a Citroen SAXO speedometer so the car problem is that a few months ago all work with the arduino all the connections were good the hands work normally with EURO TRUCK SIMULATOR 2

now i have to unplug the wires between the meter and my arduino i have all put the wires back in the right places as before photos in support.

the problem is that its no longer works at all I recompile the script for the arduino with the SIMHUB software from which I have a license the script marks me completed but when I want to play with the meter on EURO TRUCK SIMULATOR 2 the hands no longer move, nothing works just the meter lighting and no more.

my meter is well connected to 12v I measured the voltage with a multimeter I have more than 12v.

so I come to you if anyone could help me.
