Auto send button command to deploy ERS in Iracing

Trying to create a "controls and events" for Iracing that will automatically press the button, either on my wheel or keyboard, to deploy a certain amount of ERS based on where I am on track and as long as my throttle is over 95%. 

This idea was inspired by the Assetto Corsa app intelliboost that lets you do the same thing but for the hybrid cars in that sim. 

I would like to be able to customise the "controls and events" so I can have different boosts maps for different tracks. Anyone know how I could go about doing this?
