Hi,

Me, newbie, was wondering if it is possible to drive the BMW e36 project  as seen on youtube from a PS4.

I have downloaded the simhub software but haven`t got a license yet.

I didn`t find any place where to put the playstation Ip address.

I could not open any game link.

Also I could not find the BMW cluster project on the software, ist the reason for this that I have to get a license first?

So far I understood, that with a console, simhub only works if the game supports udb, which should be the case with AC.

And one needs a a windows machine with the simhub SW with the same IP as the PS4 via wlan , and the arduino connected to the pc or laptop via usb.  Is that correct?

thanks for any help there,

Johannes

Hi!

Clearly PS4 is not the platform of choice for any form of hardware modding, currently, only F12019,18,17,16 are supported on this platform (Ac offers UDP telemetry but it gives very little data making it worthless for a decent usage).

About configuring these games you need to follow the manual instructions offered in SimHub and replace 127.0.0.1 in the game configuration with your computer IP (and make sure to open your computer firewall).

Simhub is mainly focused on PC platform so consoles are not officially supported or tested, but if you configure your game and firewall correctly Simhub will work anyway.

You can read more about game configuration here: https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/SimHub-Basics----Games-config-and-troubleshooting
