Boost gauge on Forza Horizon 4/5

When playing Forza the boost gauge doesn't work, I believe forza outputs boost data, at the least throttle data but for me it doesn't work. All other games work perfect using boost or throttle data.

Here is the relevent log if it is any help, I note it has "hasboost 0" when I believe it should be one.
