Can use a smartphone or tablet with a wired USB connection?

I have been using simhub on several Android smartphones and tablets, and there is a slight delay with WiFi connections, and sometimes the display switching is misaligned.
So we would like to use a wired USB connection. Is there any way to use a wired USB connection with the current simhub?
I would like to know the same for Apple devices such as iPad as well as Android devices.
