Hi ! You can find a full troubleshooting guide about game connectivity here : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/Troubleshoot-Dashstudio-Web-access , if everything fails does not hesitate to open a ticket on github joining the log files as shown in the "bug reports" thread : https://www.simhubdash.com/community-2/simhub-support/bug-reports/
By the way I see you took a license, thanks a lot ! But I received an error message from your mail provider when sending you your license, could you confirm you received it correctly?
Best regards,
Yes I got the license thanks and thanks for the quick reply I will work on it tonight. I had seen some help files but not what you provided here. 👍
Sorry I mixed the links, the connectivity guide is here : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/SimHub-Basics----Games-config-and-troubleshooting
Getting somewhere. I turned on skake it bass shaker and I am now getting signal from one puck(have 4). Sound output says connected 2 channels available. I attached a log screen shot.
Ah nice, so you need to configure your sound card in windows : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/ShakeIt-V3-Bass-Shakers---Audio-Output-Configuration#enabling-outputs-and-configuring-your-sound-cards
Also check that the drivers don't have their own seettings, on some sound cards like mine, both windows and vendor-specific panels must be configured on 4 channels to make it work properly.
"Cannot find audio chip" is what I get when trying to install driver from the provided cd. Thought I installed it originally. Windows says it is up to date. I can't get the speaakers to respond in Windows.
Looking to see if my new card is win 10 compatible
The amazon add says win 10 but the cards website says no longer supports. Back to the drawing board, thanks for the help.
New card is in and all is well, thanks for your patience
