Hey, I'm running a rig and PSVR2 with GT7. Up until now (without vr) I had setup a dashboard with controls to change Shakeit (both wind and shakers) intensities on a touch screen pc mounted to the rig. On my rig this is often necessary as in GT7 the rumble intensity is very dependant on the type of car being driven.

Using Vr makes this impractical as it is impossible to reliably use the touch screen without exiting vr.

I setup rotary encoders via Arduino however this isn't great as there is no tactile feedback as to the actual volume setting before either realising it is too low or getting blown out of the rig after the start of a race.

It would be better to use a potentiometer with a knob which I could feel the position of based on it's shape and the upper and lower range via the potentiometer end-stops. I haven't found a way to have Simhib read an analog pin value scale it 0-100 and pass that to the shakeit global volume parameter. Is this possible?

Has anyone found a similar (or better) solution to this type of issue, or something I could use as a basis for it?

Many thanks

b
