Codeing a binde for a dashboard

I want to make it so when im in neutral the gear text flashes but when I'm in any another gear it stays solid. I bearly know the first thing about code so if someone could tell me how or just write me a script that dose that it would be much appreciated. Also idk if it's possible to code that but if it is please let me know
