I have a problem that I cannot configure the change of screen information through an external button. I enter dash study, setting and I go to default controls where it should allow me to assign external buttons but I only get a screen where it says "waiting for imput" and the "save" option appears deactivated. Someone could help me?

Hello !

you simply need to press the controller button when you are in this dialog. By default only "gamepad" controllers will work. If somehow you need to use the keyboard, you need to enable the plugin first in the settings :

My intention is to access from the buttons on the steering wheel itself or on a keypad, NOT from the keyboard. But I have seen that when a colleague gives him to configure he gets different options that do not come out for me.

Could you check that your controller is recognised in the controller status ? You can also show

You can also see the recognized inputs using the "show inputs" checkbox

(About keypad it's basically a mini "keyboard" so you will need to enable the keyboard inputs)

SOLVED !!! Thanks so much to the option to activate the keyboard plugging, along with the fact that for some reason it did not detect the buttons on the steering wheel and thanks to the last photo I have been able to realize, with which I have disconnected USB and reconnected and everything works . Thanks a lot!!!!!
