Delta Right to Left No Effect

I'm currently building a dash display that have 32 total LEDs using 4 sets of 8 LED strips. Theres 16 across the top for rpm then 8 down each side for lap delta. Now my issue is that when I set it up so the LEDS on the right and left sides are set to the delta, one starts on the top and one starts on the bottom. I checked the box for Right to Left on one of the effects, but nothing changes. On the RPM Effect, if i click that box, it changed to lights to start from the right instead of the left. Can someone help me figure out why the check box doesn't do anything and how to fix it? this is the only function where I am unable to change the direction
