I got this issue, when sometimes i open simhub,

I tried to fix it, but i got confused with the instructions, on how to open it.
When i open and doesn't show up this warning, and try to open F1 2017, while i use my android phone,
In the phone it shows the default menu and doesn't appear the F1 2017 dashboard, when i run the game on Steam.
I downloaded the f1 2017 simhub in racedepartment website, and when i extract it and keep it in a file and i open directly, nothing happens it doesn't show up on Simhub.

This error message indicates you that another application is conflicting. If you only have this error message only from time to time it means that this application is not always running, it could help you to locate it.
If you can't locate it you can change the port in settings as shown here : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/Troubleshoot-Dashstudio-Web-access#make-sure-no-other-apps-is-conflicting. It will avoid future conflicts.
About the dashboard not visible, make sure to copy it inside the dashtemplates folder inside Simhub. Make sure that the folder is not renamed or does not contains multiple subfolders. If you rename it or if the folder structure is wrong it won't be recognised inside Simhub.
