FPS Limiter not working

Hello!!

I noticed a problem with SimHub. (Overlays)

The AMD frame limiter (at least for me) is disabled as soon as SimHub (Overlay) is running.

This means that R3E runs at full FPS, even though that isn't necessary. (120Hz monitor).

R3E runs in borderless mode.

Does anyone know a solution?

Update:
If you turn off the FPS limit (target frame rate) in the AMD driver and turn on Vsync instead, then SimHub also works with the FPS limit.
In R3E I have Vsync off.
The AMD driver frame limit only works with full-screen applications.
