Hi, as subject the blink for gear change it’s too early than also the same info inside the game (rFactor2). I not find any setting to manage at what rpm the blink have to be activated.
Can somebody help me ?
(my led matrix display it’s a bit unuseful in this way)

The redline is not given by the game so you need to configure it manually, you can configure it here : 
You can even set controls to tune it on the fly while in-game
