I'm running SimHub 8.3.11 on a new and updated W11 laptop. I have just connected GT7 and two BST-1 bass shakers using a Nobsound NS-01G pro. The PC is talking to SimHub; Simhub is talking to the shakers; even a GT7 dash shows the race telemetry. If I click 'test now' on the output selection screen, the shakers shake! But no effects are listed on the Sound Output tab.
I've googled the problem and spent ages trying everything I can think of to prompt the display (including numerous restarts) but to no avail. What am I doing wrong please?

For anyone else with this problem, once you create a new profile, you then have to 'add effect' to it, one option of which is 'add all effects'. After this, all the effects are visible in the Sound Output tab.
For the Dev: I have been unable to find even the most basic explanation of how to set up SimHub for bass shakers. It would help if there was a Docs section called Set Up after Download and/or Installation.
