Hi all

After using SimHub for 4 years, I finally run into a problem I can't solve myself.

My Master PC has just been upgraded to triple-screen monitors, so I'm running low on output on the graphics card.

I have a small NUC with 2 graphic output I would like to use for my 2 extra screens with DashBaords.

BUT - how do I get the Race Data from the Master Computer to the Slave Computer? The Master PC is still running SimHub for the ShakeIt Wind and ShakeIt Bass Shaker.

Any good ideas on what I have missed after trolling the Forum, Support and Manual?

Thank you in advance πŸ™‚

Cheers from Denmark
Lars

Hi, I know this is an older thread now, but did anyone find a solution for this?

Β

I have just started on simhub and have it installed on a NUC attached to my rig, so i can plug in a dash, HF8 and pedal motors without cables running across the floor.

Β

It works great on GT7 by selecting the IP of the PS5 but for my gaming PC that's in another room i cannot get a connection or data to simhub via UDP, everything is on the same network and i tried the UDP relay but ACC and AMS2 constantly says waiting for data.

Here’s a rough breakdown of the steps you need to take ::

Β

Get the local IP of PC-SIM e.g 192.168.1.100

Get the local IP of PC-DASH e.g 192.168.1.101

In SimHub on PC-SIM - setup UDP and add a forward. the forward will be UDP port but instead of 127.0.0.1 - it needs to go to PC-DASH

PC-DASH SimHub setup to receive the UDP port and then forward to anything local on PC-DASH as usual.Β

Remember firewall rules!! You must allow in/out for UDP on both PC’s

Β

if PC-DASH doesn’t work - then you need to verify that the PC is receiving the data. (This is more technical and beyond a quick message).Β
