How to modify raw and formaed property value ?¿

Hello. im a big noob in the arduinos world. First time configuring one of them.

I already have it all but just one value i dont know how to change it

If you look at the capture, the value of "raw and formaed property value" for the rpms is set as 300

I want to set it as "0" but dont know where

Anyone have a clue how to do it? Thanks so much.
