Hi,
i have allready an Arduino Mega runnin with SimHub. All the stuff is more or less accurate integrated into my desk (more less to be honest 😊 ).
Now i´d like to add a LED-matrix but i don´t have setup from the running Mega.
Is it possible to find out, what i did setup in the arduino so i can redo this with the new LED in addition?
Some "read"-command that helps?

No it's not possible, but if you did upload the last version recently you can recall past uploads setups from the Arduino setup tool menu.
