Hello everyone,

is it possible to use two 8x8 RGB Matrix seperated from each other?

for example: that "spotter car left" is visible only on the left side and "spotter car right" only on the right side.

Hi ! Yes it's possible : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/Arduino-RGB-Matrix#how-to-manage-separate-matrixes-content

Is the only way to achieve this by using 2 Arduinos? I'd sure love to do this with just the single I'm already using as I have plenty of pins to control another display - seems the way SimHub is currently it's a limitation there?

What I'm really looking for is a way to run a light, RGB or as simple as a small LED, that would activate when a car is along side. There would be 2 lights, one above my left monitor, and the other above the right - that way if someone is along side I get a nice, bright light on that side rather than the central display that shows both sides.

Thanks!
