I can't add toggle switch in my ETS Button Dash

I assigned 3 keys to simulate the L key (lighting options)but it is always stuck on the middle button. returns to the start button and quickly comes back to the middle. I try everyhing. Is there anything special for the toggle button setting on Dash Studio? Thanks.
