Hi, i've a problem with the Sim Dash.
For a few days the Dash doesn't open on my ipad and also directly in a browser.
I've the license and i don't change nothing on my pc.
I turned off the firewall and i opened the TCP/UDP ports.
I tryed also to reinstall the software.
How can I solve the problem?

It gives a series of additional advices, about VPN services, changed ip, etc..
