Key Binding / Special Action for HPR Neo Shaker

my english is not the best but i will try my best to ask my question:

I have a joystick for the DCS world flight simulation and would like to activate a Simagic HPR shaker motor with the push of a button (the button is also recognized by Simhub in the controls). I can control the shaker by using the custom effect in simhub. The shaker is connected as a clutch via the Simagic Box and is recognized correctly.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to activate the shaker with the push of a button. In my specific case, I want to activate the shaker (which I attached to my joystick) when my aircraft's railgun is fired.
