Motion Profiles - Unable to delete/remove profile

In SimHub Motion, you have the ability to create profiles and via the Profile Manager you can edit created profiles, but the option to delete or remove a profile does not exist... unless there's something I'm missing.

Am I missing something?

These created profiles, where are they stored?
