Hey guys- I wanted to run several strips off of simhub- one i will run off an uno- the other off a nano. I wanted to program the first strip as a rev light led- and the second to perhaps be track flags and so on. My question is - how do I set up multiple led strips thru simhub- so that it regards each strip as unique. I want to avoid making one long long strip for power reasons , and want to stick with usb power. As far as i can tell- there is only one menu for one rgb led strip in the simhub menu?

any help is appreciated please and thanks

Hi ! It will be aggregated as if it was a single bigger device, let's say you have 20 leds off the first + 20 leds off the second one, the first arduino will be accessible from led 1 to 20, the second from led 21 to 40 : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/Arduino-Multiple-devices-support#introduction

that s awesome, thanks wot.

got a couple more questions- Is there a way to convert telemetry to LEDs for :

A. Throttle and Brake- , i.e would one be able to put up a big strip for throttle and brake inputs around the sim rig- so people could see what the driver was doing.

and

B. this is pure fantasy- but Car Damage- ie - if you could put a bunch of LEDS running around a car- have them set as a car- eg- same colour as the car you are driving perhaps, and if say front was damaged- they would glow yellow-red - depending on severity of damage.

yah i know all this is just fun stuff- not practical and not at all useful,  but i m using the lockdown to make projects so was just curious. thanks in advance!
