MXBIKES - Arduino custom

Hello, 

I am looking for help regarding custom communication between SimHub (MX BIKES game) and Arduino Leonardo.

I need following:

1. Checking percentage of RPM´s and translate it into the two output signals inside Arduino. 

2. Checking angle of Roll and also translate it into the two output signals inside Arduino. (Picture below is more illustrative for both variants)

Is it even possible, I think it should be.

Is here anyone willing to help me with this? I am kind of noob in programing etc., I am OK with setting whatever hardware in SimHub, but not the custom one.)
