NCALC question - syntax for stayON once pressed?

Hi all

Im trying to modify my simhub dash and add few icons that would remain ON once certain button is pressed but wasnt able to find formula that will allow that. If using for example:

[InputStatus.KeyboardReaderPlugin.E] 

in "visible" property, it will display this icon when "E" button is being constantly pressed, but once its not, icon dissapear. 

What I want to do is to press "E" button once and the icon will stay ON until another "E" button press, so basically to cycle on/off icon status everytime "E" is pressed. 

Any idea if thats possible and what suntax to use?
