New Guy needing some basic Help in hope?

I'm able to get the app working properly on a tablet,But,I Really want to use on of the provided dashes in front of my game? ACC) I'll pick one of the Dashes using the window mode,place it where i want it,Launch the game from the simhub app but the dash does not appear? Am i missing a setting? I'm on windows10,Pls Heeelp me
