Hello

I have an issue, I have checked troubleshooting guides, YouTube videos and pretty much exhausted every type of Google search for an answer.

I am not getting any vibrations in game through bass shakers. When I push test in the sound output menu I get vibrations however nothing in game.

I am playing Gran Turismo 7, the game is shown as running and the telemetry comes through to the dashboard apps and everything comes through to the effects profiles, the graphs change when I do hear shifts etc however nothing is outputted to the sound outputs.

I am using a buttkicker gamer plus and a Ushake 6 seat cover by SRS. I have tried each individually and headphones only to see if I can get anything to work. Strangely everything works fine and shakes with SRS software, so I am at a bit of a loss as to why it doesn’t work with sim hub.

EDIT: Installing SimHub 8.3.2 instead of the new version solved my issue.

Hi there,

I have exactly the same problem. I ordered now a external soundcard, hope this solve the problem. But I connected my Astro mixamp to the laptop and then to the nobsound amp but still no vibration. As you wrote only vibration out of simhub comes in the sound output menu by clicking test.

Connecting the amp with the bass shaker to the controller works fine. But this is not the way i want to go. You get all sound with this solution.

Hope somebody can help here...

Cheers

@boni6699 I have just seen on the discord that someone recommended installing SimHub 8.3.2 instead of the new one, just done it and it has solved my issue. Hope it works for you too.

SAME PROBLEM! since the update, nothings changed but shakers not working in game.  when i press test, boom, i get vibration.  in game i can see live data being transmitted to simhub but i dont feel anything!

ill try the previous version.  if thats the problem ima be so pissed off, i payed for this program only to be sitting here last 6 hours trying to solve it on my day off. only for it to be 100% software issue.

edit:  YEP IT WAS 100% THE NEW VERSION. DEAR CHRIST. now its working PERFECTLY.

Hi ! I fixed an issue in 8.3.5

All the release history is available here just in case : https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/releases

Since a little 8.3.6 release has been pushed (but I've not pushed yet an update notification) could you confirm 8.3.6 gets it working? https://www.simhubdash.com/download-2/

I have the same problem, but going back to 8.3.2 didn't fix it.  I tried everything I could think of before seeing the suggestion to roll back and now worry I screwed something up!  Grrrr!

The guys at Simdub need to start pulling their weight. That was WAY too much of a bother.

Restart your PC and the relevant devices to see if that resolves the issue. Carefully review the Sim Hub settings and profiles to ensure everything is configured correctly. Update the drivers and firmware for your Buttkicker and Ushake devices. Test the bass shakers with other games or applications to isolate the problem to Gran Turismo 7 specifically. <a style="color: #ffffff;" href=" removed link " target="_blank" rel="noopener">slope game
