Not getting relative or leaderboard data on my overlay

I am using the all in one overlay I found on this site.  I have everything overlayed as I want, and I show up on the relative part of the overlay but no other cars do.  Any suggestions?  I'm hoping I'm just missing a setting.  I am using iRacing. The overlay is the all in one that was posted by crameris1, for reference.
