Odyssey G9 stuttering

I've recently bought a Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 49" and when I play RFactor 2 or Le Mans Ultimate and I enable just one single overlay both the games start to stutter.

I used the same overlay when I played the same games in VR and everything worked absolutely fine.

Could it be anything involved with FPS or monitor refresh or AMD Freesync or what?
