Open hardware monitor lib

Im having a weird one

1. Installing Simhub and configuring dash for my GSI wheel. 

2. Giving a try in Iracing : 100% working

3. Rebooting computer

4. I dont open Simhub

5. Loading a session in iracing (takes 10x more time) 

6. Once in Iracing, i have 30 fps and a buggy game. 

7. Uninstalling Simhub 

8. Cant delete openhardwaremonitorlib.sys - says its in use. 

9. Reboot in safe mode and Delete openhardware file. 

10. Reboot in normal mode. Open iracing and everythings work perfect 165 + fps.

Anyone can help ?
