What must be done so that the LEDs turn on when the car enter the pit?.
He says "drag effects here to add them to the group or add effect, but i don't know what it means.

The group is a "conditionnal group" it will enable the content when you are in pit lane (there is no "pit" status as all games handle it very differently), if you click on "add effect" you can add an effect inside to show whatever you want when you are in pit lane.

I thought an LED might light up when the pit entry line is passed.
