Overlay Control always shows

I am a licensed SimHub user, and I am trying to use the overlays in ACC.  I have it set to Auto default.   When the I start a race, the overlay doesn't show.  If I "alt-tab" to the SimHub app, it will show the overlay, but it also shows the Simhub "Overlay Control" window.  I can get it to go away, and the overlays don't show on top of ACC.   

Any suggestion?  What am I doing wrong?
