Overlays not working in rF2 on Win 10

I've been using SImhub for 6mths now & have been loving it. Recently I did a complete reinstall of Win 10 & of my games but now SimHub will not run the Overlays. I was using ver: 7.03 but installed the latest version & as that didn't work installed the old version which I can get a dashboard to be seen in game but any of the overlays I have or any new ones I create do not show. I've configured the game & included a path also. My rFactor 2 game is in Windowed mode. I now can't do without this, can you help? Thanks in advance.
