P9823F only lights up white

Hello, I recently bought P9823F leds ( https://es.aliexpress.com/item/32830742172.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.35.8f59194dkvixYe&gatewayAdapt=glo2esp) this one, but when connecting them to GND only light up white after first starting at blue, even the brightness adjustment doesn´t work , when i disconnect gnd, they light up in blue but still doesn´t do nothing, using ws2812b code, at least the brightness adjusment works and the colour they display is different if i change the RGB config, showing the last colour letter (RGB an GRB blue, BRG green) and i chacked the connectins and its good.
