Hello.
I have a question about uploading to Arduino UNO permanently so that it would become plug and play device with no additional software like SimHub required.
Is this possible?

Hi !
No it's not possible, the simhub software does the job to to read game data and send it to the arduino, without it it would be just a pile of hardware 😉
