Port forwarding Dirt Rally 2

Hi

I am using another application for my dash, usb tethered on a mobile phone.

I cannot get port forwarding to work.

I leave Simhub on 20777 and forward to 8001, then set the other app to 8001.

When I set either up it knocks the other out.

What am I doing wrong?
