Problem Assigning Buttons In-Game

I'm just getting started connecting my buttons and switches to my Arduino pro-micro, so I only have a single microswitch connected to the board at the moment. Everything was progressing nicely with my computer registering the switch presses, and even within Assetto Corsa and content manager the button lights up when pressed. The only issue is when I try to assign the switch to an in-game button, nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi !

If both content manager and windows can see it, it's a good sign.

I would see two options, depending of the control settings in game male sure to check "combine inputs" so both keyboard and controllers are read, if you are "bench" testing like I often do you may have configured the game to use keyboard, in this case you need to have this option checked.

Another possible issue is if you use multiple pro micro or Arduino based button box: In this case the game can mix up controllers. When uploading the sketch  with simhub you have an option to change the pid (usb product id) and displayed name, so it will appear as a proper unique device.

Sorry for the late response. The combine inputs ended up working for me. Thanks!
