Hi guys. i built a dashboard with nextion 4.3 display and ft232r for a friend. I configured and tested it on my pc and it worked perfectly. I sent it to him and he can't get it to work, it comes on but the gear counter doesn't work, and neither does the rpm bar. I ask you help because I have no idea what it can be, we have tried several USB ports but nothing. I attach some screens.

Hi ! If the upload won't work it means there is an hardware/driver issue, it can be a connection issue (broken wire/solder ...) That's the first step to get working. If the upload won't work it means simhub won't be able to communicate with the screen neither. I would double check wires are still properly connected, and that the appropriate drivers are correctly installed.
There is also something suspicious, on one screenshot it shows com4 on another com5.
