Hi! I'm trying to build a wind sim, but when the motorshield is connected to the arduino uno, SimHub doesn't detect it. Without motorshield it detect it. Does anyone have an idea why?

Hi !
When this happens it means that the board is defective or has some communication issues with the arduino, make sure to double check your wiring and that headers solders are clean and solid, sometimes a little reflowing of the pin headers is enough to save the situation.

I bought a new motorshield and got it to work, but now there is next problem. At faster speeds, the fan shuts off after a few seconds, and start again, and shuts off again.

Does anyone have any idea why my Wind Sim does this even when running at a steady speed?
