Rgb leds stuttering with Arduino Nano

Hi to everyone,

just bought a new external dash using a Vocore 4.3 and 24 rgb leds managed by an arduino nano. Everything is working fine, except that in game ( or even using the test function ) the leds are stuttering and freezing, and this make them almost useless in some cases. The problem seems to be general and non related to a single sim. Anyway I tried Assetto corsa, Assetto Corsa competizione and Codemasters F1 2021, the issue is always the same. Already tried reinstalling driver, different USB ports, also tried an USB hub with dedicated alimentation. Any ideas to fix this?
