I am running 4 channels of bass shakers, one for each corner and have set them to vibrate on slip/lock. I am using the latest version RSF (Hungarian) mod with NGP6, richard burns rally.
The slip/lock works fine, but there are a few caveats that I think are bugs in the calculation of the slip/lock.
First thing is that using the handbrake and therefore locking the rear wheels does not trigger slip/lock at all.
Another thing is, when locking the wheels completely with the foot brake the slip/lock effect only triggers for about 2 seconds, even though the wheels are still locked and sliding in the game. I think maybe the effect stops triggering because the motor stalls.
I am not sure if it is possible to see the math behind the slip/lock trigger, so I can see what is going on.
