Simhub don´t recognized HF8

Hi guys. I've been struggling to get HF8 to work with gt7 for 4 hours now. First I installed the latest Sim hub, turned off the firewall and entered Inbpud Outbound rules, everything according to the video instructions, matched the IP, EVERYTHING. The Sim hub doesn't want to connect to HF8 at all. Then I installed SimHub version 8.2.0 like from the YouTube video, I installed it and when the program opens I simply can't click on anything, it stays as a frozen image with a warning about the firewall and UPD that I set. I really don't know what else to do
