Simhub is not recognizing Vocore Screen

Hi there.

I just received my Vocore Screen today, unfortunately the package was damaged. I connected it to my mac and the screen displayed white. I then connected it to my gaming pc with windows 10 and it also lights up in white. I installed the drivers from the Vocore website and the simhub drivers. When I open Simhub (just updated) it says "Searching device". I can't see the screen in the windows devices manager, should I see it there?

Do you have any hints?

Hi indeed it should be available in device manager first. Can you check if you have a good quality usb cable ? some of them don't have data lines and will only power the screen but not allow to communicate, I felt in the trap myself at the beginning 😀 and somebody felt in the same trap yesterday on discord 😀  , Also try on an usb 2.0/3.0 usb port (avoid 3.1) it looks like the screen does not accepts all the 3.1 usb ports standard (to be confirmed by the manufacturer)
