Hi. My name is Kevin and I just got some bass shakers and Buttkicker transducer which I am trying to setup with Simhub running on my laptop and PS5 connected to the same Asus router.
I have been having problems to get the simhub to launch for more than 24hrs of tryin. I aready open the UDP port 33739 and 33740 in windows based on the instruction and so far I can see the Simhub is connected to GT7 and its running. But when i tried to launch the game, it give me a message simhub could not start the game.
Please help.

Simhub is mainly made for PC, so the "game launcher" make sense in this conditions, on consoles games obviously it can't do anything, as it can't start the game remotely or something in this spirits. If you get the game connected that's all you need 😉 you can just ignore the launcher part made for PC games.

Ich habe leider dasselbe Problem, Ports 33739/40 sind freigegeben, die PS5 und ein Win 10 Laptop sind per Lan am selben Router (TpLink) angeschlossen. Ich bekomme angezeigt das die PS5 nicht verbunden ist. In Simhub habe ich unter Config die IP Adresse der PS5 eingegeben. ich habe auch schon die Avira und die Windows Firewall ausgeschalten, alles ohne Erfolg
Jemand eine Idee?

Unfortunately I have the same problem, ports 33739/40 are released, the PS5 and a Win 10 laptop are connected to the same router (TpLink) via LAN. I get the message that the PS5 is not connected. In Simhub I entered the IP address of the PS5 under Config. I've also turned off Avira and Windows Firewall, all to no avail
Anyone an idea?

in den ganzen Videos in YT heißt es das man die Ports freigeben soll. Ich habe die freigegebenen Ports gelöscht und simhub neu installiert, keine ports freigegeben und es funktioniert. Auch mit dem GT7 1.40 Update

Hi Kevin. Since you're running gt7 from ps5 console, there will be no point if you click start game from the pc running simhub. As long as you see the game is connected jn simhub, you're good to go. Just play some races in gt7 and you may see the telemetry data output in the simhub.
I currently don't have gt7 yet, but running gt sports from ps4 to simhub works flawlessly.

You dont need.. and you dont can start a console Game trough Simhub. You should only take a quick look to the "configure" options because not always a broughtcast Package will reach your Playstation or when having more than one console you should enter the right IP address. More is not needed.
As soon as you select GranTurismo as your Game, SimHub starts trying to connecting automaticly.
I havent checked but it might be Possible that the Simhub Installer made a execption for the SimhubWF.exe within the Windows FW. I already have made the Port exception earlier because i use other tools also.
