Hi,

i use a Uno and an Adafruit Motorshield V2. The Power Source ist the one prefered by Boosted Media.

With 2 Low Speed, three Pin 120mm Fans it is Working.  Because they are not powerful, i bought 2x BioniX P120 PWM 120mm Fans, but can´t get them to work. After that i bought, 2 x three Pin Noiseblocker  NB-eLoop Fans with 120mm and can´t them get to work either. They are doing nothing. The Profiles are set to 100%.

With a Fan Controller for a PC, the Fans start to work with two Pins and less Power then the First one. If i connect the first fans, all run immediately.

What i am doing wrong?

Regards

André

Nobody out there, who has an idea? I checked the Voltage with a Multimeter. I have 12 V at the output, but the Fans are not turning.

Hi ! Having the voltage at the ouput is a good point, are you sure the power requirement matches the board ?  https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki/Arduino-Shake-It#adafruit-motor-shield-v2-or-clone

If you go really high above the rated power it will simply shutdown as a safety measure.

Hi,

I use this one:

https://smile.amazon.de/dp/B072F49N1X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_C1QV8DYWBT5H7SWWPT92?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

It has 12V with max. 3A.

It matches the requirements, right?

Thx for help!
